This webpage is designed to help make the high school application process an easy experience for parents and students. You should find all of the information you need and answers to most of your questions on this page.
Complete the online application(s) directly with the school(s) of your choice. Instead of the school office, parents are now required to upload all the academic records themselves directly to the high schools. We sent a packet home (provided at the 8th grade Back to School Night) with your child's 6th & 7th grade records that include their year end report cards and STAR testing results.
For information on the local Catholic high schools go directly to their websites:

Sign up for the High School Placement Test (HSPT): http://wilmington.stusers.com
We will provide the Diocesan Recommendation Forms for all students (applying to Padua, Salesianum, St. Elizabeth, and St. Mark's).
If your child is applying to Archmere or Ursuline, please follow the directions on their admissions page on how to gain access to the recommendation forms. Those links will be emailed directly to the teacher of your choice to be completed online. If they do not offer an email option we ask that you download the ADVIS form (link on left hand side of this page) print two copies, put your child's name at the top, sign both forms and send in to school ATTN: Karin Thommes - Main Office (not to a teacher) and we will take care of getting those distributed for completion.
If your child is applying to a school not listed on this page, it is your responsibility to provide our office with any necessary paperwork that your selected school requires.
If you want to shadow a high school, you must schedule directly with that school. Students are responsible for informing teachers and for any missed work.
Questions may be directed to Mrs. Karin Thommes at [email protected].
